Angela Bala

Angela Bala, MPH, has extensive experience in the healthcare sector, currently serving as Customer Operations Manager - Pathology at Tempus Labs, Inc. since November 2021, where previous roles included Manager of Pathology Support and Partner Operations Lead in Infectious Disease. Prior to Tempus, Angela held the position of Surgical Pathology Lead/Research at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, overseeing technical aspects of specimen processing and contributing to clinical research. Angela’s background includes roles as a Teaching Assistant at Loyola University Chicago, where responsibilities involved curriculum support and student engagement, a Certified Nursing Assistant at HCR ManorCare, and a volunteer at Friendship Village. Angela holds a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from Chamberlain University, a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Loyola University Chicago, and is pursuing further education in Epidemiology Medicine at Northwestern University.
