Nicholas Rachell

Nicholas Rachell is an experienced professional in clinical lab operations, currently serving as the Director of Clinical Lab Operations at Tempus AI since April 2021, having previously held the position of Associate Director in the same field. Prior to Tempus AI, Rachell managed lab operations at Pace Analytical and DaVita Kidney Care, where responsibilities included leading large teams through process improvements and overseeing high-volume specimen management. In earlier roles at Antech Diagnostics, Rachell was instrumental in establishing a new laboratory and restructuring departmental operations to enhance efficiency.
