Jolene Shan

Jolene Shan currently serves as a Strategic Partnerships professional in the Fashion Retail sector at Temu since March 2025. Previously, Jolene held the position of Strategic Partnerships Director for North America and the EU at Alibaba Group from December 2023 to March 2025, along with serving as Market Development Manager for North America. Prior to that, Jolene co-founded BlockHaus from January 2020 to January 2023 and worked as Business Development Manager at Choco for the entirety of 2019. An internship as a Marketing Research Specialist was completed at Kering in mid-2016. Jolene earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Imperial Business School and the University of Montpellier.
