With a strong background in human resources and talent management, Melissa has held various leadership roles in global companies such as Kuok (Singapore) Ltd, Johnson & Johnson, Dow Chemical, Rohm and Haas, Microsoft Singapore, Intel Technology Asia, and United Overseas Bank. Melissa holds a BBBA with Distinction in Human Resources Management and has completed the Advanced Management Program at INSEAD.
