Tushar S. currently serves as the Associate Director of Digital x Process Transformation at Temus, where the focus is on facilitating holistic transformation for clients, including strategic programs at DSTA. Previously, Tushar held the position of Lead Agile Coach at ExpressVPN, successfully leading post-merger integration that significantly reduced feature shipping costs and accelerated time-to-market. Tushar also worked at PALO IT as an Enterprise Agile Coach, where responsibilities included guiding leaders in agile practices and co-launching an internal coaching program. With experience as an Agile Coach at JPMorgan Chase & Co., Barclays, and contributions to the Agile Testing Alliance and ShuHaRiAgile, Tushar possesses a diverse background in agile methodologies and transformation initiatives. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Fintech Management and Financial Management from IIM Sambalpur and IAE Paris, along with a Graduate of NIIT in Computer Engineering and a B.Com from the University of Mumbai.
