Serge Kirsa

Serge Kirsa is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the technology sector. Currently serving as VP of Engineering at Temy since November 2018, Serge has previously held positions such as Senior Engineering Manager at the same company and Delivery and Program Manager at Luxoft. With a strong background in embedded software, project management, and architecture, Serge has effectively implemented project reporting systems, mentored new leaders, and managed critical architecture reviews to enhance quality and customer satisfaction. An expert in various technologies and tools, Serge has demonstrated success in high-pressure project environments, delivering substantial results in team performance and product lifecycle management. Serge holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Financial Management from the International Institute of Business and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Donetsk National Technical University.
