Johan Hofmans

Johan Hofmans has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Johan started their career in 2007 as an Assistant to the CEO at Ahrend, a position they held until 2008. Johan then joined Blom International as a Business Development Manager, where they were responsible for acquiring and developing retail projects in Germany.

In 2011, Johan became the Managing Partner at FRE Development, focusing on residential projects in Belgium. In 2013, they initiated a strategic joint venture with the Ten Brinke Group to develop and invest in retail and mixed-use developments.

In 2014, Johan joined the Real Estate Society (RES) as a Board Member, a position they held until 2019. Johan then became a co-owner of HBD Real Estate in 2016.

Since 2015, Johan has been associated with the Ten Brinke Group, first as a Partner and later as the Commercial Director. In their current role, they are responsible for acquiring new projects and initiating collaborations.
