Sarah Roush

Sarah Roush is a people-first HR leader currently serving as the Human Resources Director at TEN-E Packaging Services, Inc., where they develop and implement human resource strategies and enhance employee engagement. With previous experience as an HR Business Partner at Pentair, Sarah led various HR activities, including strategic planning and employee engagement initiatives. They also held roles at Volt Information Sciences Company and HMSHost, where they contributed to staffing solutions and HR training. Sarah is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Psychology at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management at the University of Minnesota.
