Denise Barnes has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Denise started their career as a Financial/Accounts Administrator at General Medical Council in 2003, where they were responsible for daily reconciliation of accounts and balancing reports. Denise then worked as an Agent at Roadshock Limited, handling various tasks related to talent representation. Following that, they pursued a B.Juris degree in Law at the University of Port Elizabeth (now known as Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University). Denise completed this degree in 1999. Additionally, Denise obtained a Certificate in Major Event Management from City, University of London in 2003, and a Diploma in Public Relations from the London School of Public Relations in the same year.
