Michael Malak

Michael Malak is an experienced professional in the lifestyle management and customer service sectors. Currently serving as a Lifestyle Manager at Ten Lifestyle Group since December 2021, Michael previously founded and led Discoverlifestyle as Managing Director from February 2021 to December 2021. Prior to this, Michael spent nearly two decades at Emirates, where responsibilities included managing a team of 12-15 consultants in a customer sales and service contact centre environment, in addition to serving as a customer sales and service advisor.
