Nicola Oldfield has extensive work experience in various roles and companies.

Starting in 2001, Nicola worked for Gordon Ramsay Holdings as the Private Dining & Web Director, managing events and private dining for all restaurants under the group. Nicola also handled business development and marketing for the restaurants and Michelin starred chefs within the fine dining umbrella.

From 2009 to 2012, Nicola worked for Marcus Wareing Restaurants as the Reservations & Business Development Manager. Their responsibilities included overseeing the Reservations Team, managing business development activities, and handling marketing, PR, communications, and client relations. Nicola also played a role in the relaunch of the company's website.

In 2012, Nicola joined GHC Asia, initially as the Client Services Director, responsible for managing client relationships. Nicola then took on the role of Regional Business Development & Marketing Director, where they focused on new business development, PR and marketing strategy, and the development of the company's digital arm. Eventually, they became the Group Managing Director, assuming full accountability for all company operations and overseeing the implementation of company policies.

During their tenure at GHC Asia, Nicola also had involvement with PRHK, where they held various positions. Nicola served as the Membership Chair, inspiring consultancies to join the council. Nicola was also the Digital Marketing Chair, Board Treasurer & Digital Marketing Chair, and PR and Marketing Chair for the Council of Public Relations Firms of Hong Kong, where they contributed to discussions on industry best practices and promoted issues affecting PR and Marketing professionals in Hong Kong.

In 2019, Nicola joined Ten Lifestyle Group as the Director of Marketing and Client Services APAC, where they oversee marketing and client service operations in the Asia Pacific region.

Throughout their career, Nicola has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a focus on strategic planning, finance management, and team building. Nicola has also been actively involved in professional organizations, supporting the development and growth of the communications industry in Hong Kong.

Nicola Oldfield attended Hitchin Girls' School from 1990 to 1997. During this time, they studied Psychology, Art & Design, and Food Technology. After completing their secondary education, they enrolled at North Hertfordshire College in 1997 and pursued an Art Foundation degree. Nicola then went on to attend The Manchester Metropolitan University from 1998 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Hons degree in Design & Art Direction.
