Lauren Celano is an experienced professional currently serving as an Operating Partner at Ten Oaks Group and as Chief of Staff at HMR Plan. Previous roles include MBA Associate Intern at Nine Four Ventures and PEPI MBA Summer Intern at Alvarez & Marsal, where assistance was provided in procurement-related data analytics and market research. Lauren also gained leadership experience as a Winter Associate at NextGen Growth Partners, managing a team for financial modeling and due diligence. Project management skills were honed at Riley Construction Company, Inc., where Lauren led significant projects, including the firm’s largest project, and further developed at Power Construction as a Project Engineer.
