Jess Melanson-Thomas has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2011 as a Reporter for The Patriot Ledger. In 2012, they worked as a Clerk for O'Malley and Harvey, LLP, performing paralegal duties. In 2013, they joined the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a Marketing Assistant, and then moved on to roles as a Digital Marketing Specialist, Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, and a member of the Marketing Technology team. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at MassMutual as a Back End Developer, Mobile iOS Developer, and Full Stack Developer.
