Lee Hower has extensive experience as an investor and board member in various companies. Lee is a co-founder and partner at NextView Ventures since 2010, where they focus on seed investments. Lee served as an investor and board director at Grove Collaborative from 2015 to mid-2017, transitioning to a board observer role thereafter. Lee is also an investor in Skillz Inc., Optimus Ride, 10% Happier: Meditation for Fidgety Skeptics, Plastiq, and InsightSquared. Additionally, Lee worked as a part-time co-founder and board director at Quilt, which was acquired by Mass Mutual in 2018. Lee served as an investor and advisor at Upserve (formerly Swipely) from 2009 to 2017. Furthermore, Lee was an investor and board observer at GrabCAD from 2011 to 2014.

Lee Hower earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in the years 1996 to 2000. In addition to this, they also obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Systems Engineering during the same period at the same university.
