Matthew Chan

Matthew Chan has seven years of work experience. Matthew began their career in 2013 as a Research Apprentice at UCSF, followed by a Database Service Intern at the Oakland Athletics. In 2013, they also began working as a Business Intelligence Analyst, Consultant, and Data Analyst at LQ Digital. In 2015, they began working as a Teaching Associate at California State University, East Bay. In 2017, they moved to Square, where they worked as a Business Operations Analyst. In 2019, they moved to The Center for Effective Philanthropy, where they worked as a Senior Research Analyst. In 2020, they began working as a Business Analyst at Ten Percent Happier.

Matthew Chan obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Statistics from the University of California, Berkeley in 2013. Matthew subsequently earned a Master of Science in Applied Mathematics and a Master of Science in Statistics from California State University - East Bay in 2016.
