Tara Anderson

Tara Anderson has been working in the audio and production industry since 2001. Tara began their career as an Assistant Program Director at WFUV Public Radio. In 2009, they began freelancing as an Audio Producer and Writer. From 2011 to 2018, they were a Regional StorySLAM Producer at The Moth. In 2018, they became the Senior Producer of The Music Box, an educational music podcast for kids, at Louisville Public Media. In 2021, they joined A Skeptic's Path to Enlightenment as a Producer, and American Public Media Group as a Producer for The Slowdown and Forever Ago. In 2022, they became an Advertising & Promotions Audio Producer at Ten Percent Happier.

Tara Anderson's education history includes a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Spalding University (2012-2021), a Master of Arts in Public Communications from Fordham University (2000-2001), a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Kentucky (1993-1998), and a Bachelor of Music in Music Performance (voice) from the University of Kentucky (1993-1998).
