Maciej Marszałek has almost 20 years of experience in marketing and ecommerce, mainly in the banking and insurance industry. He was responsible for the creation and development of online sales channels in institutions such as Bank Millennium, Link4, and recently as Chief Digital and Data Officer at AXA in over 20 markets in Europe, South America, Africa and the Middle East. Currently Partner and CEO at The Heart - a corporate startup incubator. Maciej Marszałek has unversity education: in 2010 he graduated from Leon Koźmiński Academy in Warsaw with Master's degree in Management and Marketing, specialization: Psychology in Business and Finance. In addition, he completed International Management at SKEMA Business School, Universite Cote D'Azur in France. Maciej Marszałek does meet the independence criteria set out in the Act on Statutory Auditors, Audit Firms and Public Supervision of 11 May 2017 and the requirements set out in the Code of Best Practice for WSE Listed Companies.
