Michał Szałkowski

Micha Roon is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, focusing on supporting innovation projects through training and mentorship. Roon founded managination in 2005 to enhance the software development landscape, emphasizing dynamic and reliable processes. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG and Chief Technology Officer at bonq, where Roon advanced solutions for self-sovereign finance. Additional experience includes Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, Foundation Board member and CTO at Share&Charge, and advisory positions at the IIB Council and PioneerVentures.io. Roon has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and completed studies in Fintech at MIT, along with Project Management certification from PMI.
