Rafał Olesiński

Rafał Olesiński has extensive consulting experience, which he gained while working for Rodl&Partner and PwC, and has been establishing an independent consulting company since 2005. Currently, he is the Managing Partner and Partner of Olesiński i Wspólnicy Sp. k. and a shareholder of other entities providing consulting services, including Saurus Grow Sp. z o.o. and indirectly, among others, in O&W Analytics Sp. z o.o, GałkaOlesiński Business Support Sp. z o.o. Rafał Olesiński has a legal background. He graduated from the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economy of the European Union at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wrocław. Moreover, he is a graduate of the Teacher’s College of Foreign Languages in Wrocław. In 2003 Rafał Olesiński completed his legal training and is registered with the District Bar Council in Wrocław. Rafał Olesiński is a member of the Supervisory Board of IZOBLOK SA, Chorzów, and IZOBLOK GmbH, Ohrdruf, Germany. He is active in the Open Eyes Economy value-based economy movement. He is a lecturer at the University of Economics in Wrocław. Rafał Olesiński does not meet the independence criteria specified in the Act on Statutory Auditors, Audit Firms and Public Supervision of 11 May 2017 and does not meet the requirements indicated in the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies.
