Richard Devera

Richard Devera is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in security architecture and engineering. Currently serving as Principal Solutions Architect at Tenable since April 2022, Richard focuses on technical alliances with cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, and Azure while leading technical enablement efforts. Richard previously held various positions at Check Point Software Technologies for over 25 years, including Security Architect and Regional Director of Security Engineering, where responsibilities included managing engineering teams and enhancing sales productivity through tailored security solutions. Earlier career roles at Lockheed Martin and United Space Alliance involved network architecture and systems administration. Richard holds a BS in Computer Science/Mathematics from Eastern New Mexico University and has additional education from Evergreen Valley College.
