Jennifer Dering

Jennifer Dering, managing attorney for the Delaware office, is a litigation attorney, concentrating her practice in the areas of bankruptcy, creditors' rights and commercial litigation. Jennifer has represented debtors, trustees, and secured and unsecured creditors in Chapter 11 reorganization and liquidation cases, Chapter 7 cases and related adversary proceedings, including hundreds of avoidance actions involving claims of preferences and fraudulent transfers.
