Shreshtha Desai MBA has worked in various roles since 1998. Shreshtha began their career as a Market Intelligence Analyst at Lantronix in 1998. In 2004, they became a Teacher at Chinmaya Mission. Shreshtha then joined Timecode Systems Limited in 2016 as a Human Resources Manager and held this role until 2018 when they joined Skeiron Group as a Human Resources Manager. In 2021, they moved to Svagos Technik, Inc. as a Human Resources Business Partner. Most recently, they were appointed as a Sr Director Peoples Operations at Tenant Inc. in 2022.

Shreshtha Desai MBA holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Gujarat University, a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from Chapman University, and certifications in Human Resources Management from the University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education and National Institute of Management Technology (NIMT). In addition, they have obtained certifications in HR as a Business Partner, Human Resources: Compensation and Benefits, Talent Management, People Analytics, E-Verify Knowledge Test, and Emotional Intelligence, the Key Determiner of Success from LinkedIn and U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
