Jorge Hirtz

Jorge Hirtz is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in architecture and technology management. Currently serving as an IT Technical Senior Manager at Tenaris since December 2010, Jorge has led the design and implementation of various data architectures and event-driven infrastructures utilizing technologies such as Apache Kafka, Azure Databricks, and Elastic Stack. Jorge previously held positions as an IT Technical Manager and Technology Specialist, contributing to database management and business intelligence projects, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards. Additionally, as a co-founder of xGem Community and a Senior Database Consultant at Snoop Consulting, Jorge shaped IT infrastructure services and database performance strategies. An extensive career began with roles in technology coordination and software development, bolstered by a degree in Systems Analysis from Instituto Superior N 12 La Plata.
