Martin Faraco

Martin Faraco has extensive experience in finance and accounting, primarily with Tenaris, where roles have spanned from Financial Reporting Analyst to Chief of Staff to the CFO since February 2003. Responsibilities have included the preparation of financial statements, tax compliance, and adherence to regulations such as Sarbanes Oxley across multiple countries including Argentina, the USA, Uruguay, and France. Martin has also been involved in the implementation of SAP Financial and Controlling modules and has led various ad-hoc projects related to acquisitions and legal entity management. Prior industry experience includes positions at EY and CPA Ferrere. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from IAE Business School and a degree in Accounting from Universidad de la República.
