Paolo Auro Inglesi is currently serving as the Supply Chain and Sustainability Manager at Tenax Spa since January 2024, where efforts have been focused on optimizing warehouse operations, enhancing capacity, reducing response times, and implementing Sales & Operations processes to manage customer demand effectively. Previously, from March 2007 to May 2018, Paolo held the position of Production Manager, overseeing a workforce of over 50 employees, and served as Group Lean Manager, responsible for continuous improvement programs across several facilities, including locations in Italy and the United States. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Business Sustainability Strategies from 24ORE Business School, an Executive Master in Operations & Supply Chain Management from Festo Consulting & Academy Italia, and an academic background in telecommunications and computer science from Politecnico di Milano and ITCS A. Greppi.
