Joe Fields

Joe Fields has extensive work experience in various leadership positions. Joe most recently served as the President and CEO Americas at TenCate Grass US since October 2016. Prior to that, they held the position of President at Shiloh Holdings since September 2009. Joe also served as a Director at Polypac, Inc. starting from May 1996. Joe has held CEO positions at Fieldturf Tarkett, Shop @ Home, and Jewelry Television, with the respective durations ranging from 2006 to 2009. Joe also held high-level executive positions at Adidas, Speedo International, and Pentland Brands. Joe began their career as a VP at Genesco in 1993.

Joe Fields earned a Bachelor's degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1982. Joe then went on to obtain a Master's degree from the University of Oklahoma in 1991.
