Pinpaka Ngamsom has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Their most recent role was as the Head of Content at Tencent Thailand, starting in May 2021. Pinpaka also served as an Online Editor at Voice TV from November 2016 to October 2020 and an Online Producer at BBC Thai from August 2015 to September 2016. Before that, they had a long tenure at www.prachatai.com, where they held various positions including Editor-in-chief, Assistant Editor, and Reporter from 2004 to 2015. Additionally, they worked as a staff member at the 14 October 1974 Memorial from May 2003 to May 2004 and as an editorial staff at Komol Keeemthong foundation publishing from March 2000 to April 2003.
Pinpaka Ngamsom completed their Bachelor's degree of Law at Thammasat University. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Inter-Asia Ngos Studies at Sungkonghoe University from 2007 to 2008.
