Jack Yap

Jack Y. is an experienced talent acquisition leader currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead for Tencent Finance, Tencent Cloud, and Tenpay Global since March 2022. In this role, Jack Y. manages strategic planning, headcount forecasting, and recruitment best practices across multiple regions, including APAC, Americas, and EMEA, specifically for the cloud, FinTech, and finance divisions. Jack Y. began a career in recruitment as a consultant with Michael Page and BGC Group, focusing on business development and sourcing for commercial and government clients. Jack Y. holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Physics from Universiti Putra Malaysia.
