Mandy He

Mandy Mandy is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in global talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as a Global Talent Acquisition COE Partner at Tencent since July 2021, Mandy is responsible for the Global Campus Recruitment Program and oversees processes, policies, and candidate experiences related to international recruitment. Prior to Tencent, Mandy worked as an Overseas HRBP at 汇顶科技 from October 2019 to July 2021, managing HR functions across nine countries and regions. Mandy's career began at ADVA as an APAC HR Generalist from June 2015 to October 2019, overseeing HR operations in multiple Asia-Pacific countries. Mandy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Shenzhen University, completed in 2016.
