Xiaofeng Yang is a seasoned professional in the field of algorithms and research, currently serving as Lead Principal Researcher at Tencent since January 2021, focusing on user growth and digital marketing algorithms for game publishing. Prior to this role, Xiaofeng held the position of Senior Vice President, Algorithm at Lazada from January 2018 to December 2022, leading teams in campaign recommendation, knowledge mining, promotion distribution, and search and recommendation systems. Xiaofeng's earlier experience includes serving as R&D Director at 35.com from August 2008 to January 2018, where the development of cloud-based office automation products was a primary focus, and as a Research Fellow at the Institute for Infocomm Research from October 2005 to August 2008, specializing in natural language processing for information extraction projects.
