Ricardo Franco has worked in a variety of roles related to software engineering since 2007. In 2007, they began as an ActionScript Developer at betboo. In 2008, they worked as an Interactive Developer at Pixellabs, and in 2009 they worked as an Innovation Developer at Fábrica do Design. In 2010, they began working at Vostu as a Game Developer and Actionscript Leader, and in 2012 they began working at PagueMob as a Tech Lead. In the same year, they also began working at Pipa Studios as a Game Engineer. In 2016, they began working at Niddel as a Full Stack Engineer, and in 2018 they began working at Verizon Enterprise Solutions as a Software Engineer following the Niddel acquisition. Finally, in 2021 they began working at Tenchi Security as a Software Engineer.

Ricardo Franco obtained their Bachelor's degree in Design of Digital Games from Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul between 2005 and 2007. Ricardo then completed a Post Graduate degree in Project and Development of Digital Games from the same institution between 2007 and 2008. In 2009, they completed a Post Graduate degree in MBA - Software Technology from USP - Universidade de São Paulo. In 2019, they obtained the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWS Certified Developer - Associate, and AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certifications from Amazon Web Services (AWS). Ricardo also holds a Scrum Master (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
