Shannon Thompson

Shannon Thompson is an experienced professional with a strong background in revenue cycle management and financial reporting. Currently serving as RCM Manager and previously as Revenue Analyst at Tend since September 2019, Shannon has developed expertise in accounts receivable resolution for over 50 hospitals. During a tenure at Parallon Workforce Management Solutions from July 2015 to March 2019, Shannon held the role of Financial Reporting Coordinator. Earlier experience includes a managerial position at Parallon from January 2000 to July 2015, overseeing daily collections and customer service support for a team of 25 staff members, as well as managing relationships with over 30 vendors through performance reviews. Education was completed at Eldorado High School from 1981 to 1985.
