Tyler Brummer

Tyler Brummer currently serves as the Head of Operations at Tend Health Ltd since February 2023, focusing on enhancing operational performance and integrating healthcare practices into "The Tend Way" model. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Sky New Zealand, where Tyler was the Head of Continuous Improvement and subsequently the Head of Culture and Engagement, driving initiatives to enhance operational performance and employee engagement. At Canterbury District Health Board, Tyler held multiple positions including Head of Talent, Leadership and Capability, fostering talent and improving organizational culture. Previous roles also include Chief Scientist at Mycare, co-founder of WeVisit, and various research positions at Montana State University and Colorado State University. Tyler holds a PhD in Ecology from Lincoln University and has extensive experience in operational management, organizational development, and ecological research.
