Steve Conley

Steve Conley has over 30 years of professional experience in the Information Technology field. Steve began their career in 1990 as a Network Engineer at EY. In 1993, they moved to Pioneer Investments as a Manager of Network Services, where they established Standard Operating Procedures to improve customer relations and operational excellence. In 1999, Steve was hired by Renaissance World Wide Inc as Director of IT, where they were responsible for delivering seamless IT functionality for 1500 users in over 100 different offices worldwide. In 2001, they joined the Boston Red Sox as Director of IT Strategy, researching and evaluating emerging technology and developing the migration from a traditional on premises data warehouse to a cloud enabled Data Lake using Google Cloud Platform. Steve was then promoted to Director of Data Services, leading a newly created data services team to design and build an enterprise data warehouse. In 2020, Steve moved to NASCAR as a Sr. Data Engineer Architect and in 2022 they were appointed Vice President Information Technology at TendedBar.

Steve Conley has an educational background in Computer Engineer Technology, having earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Northeastern University. Prior to that, they attended Dedham High School.
