Angie Rodriguez-Widman, MBA, OHCC has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Angie served as the Chief Administrative Officer at Tender Care Home Health & Hospice, where they opened new hospice divisions, ensured regulatory compliance, and fostered collaboration among teams. Angie also held the position of Corporate Compliance Officer, where they implemented a corporate compliance program and improved operational processes. As the Corporate Director of Operations, they expanded the organization's reach and ensured compliance with federal and state regulations. Angie also worked at the University Medical Center of El Paso (UMC), where they supported student learning and development as the Student Affiliations Program Administrator. Additionally, they served as the Compliance/Privacy Officer at UMC. Before their healthcare roles, Angie was the Law Firm Administrator at Goins, Underkofler, Crawford & Langdon, LLP. Angie holds an MBA and is OHCC certified.
