Elesa Ann

Elesa Ann is a seasoned professional in the fields of spiritual counseling, social work, and health physics, currently serving as the owner of Transcendence Spiritual Counseling and Psychotherapy, LLC., since August 2020. With a diverse background, Elesa has been providing social work services at Tender Care Home Health since March 2019 and advocates for children at Mesilla Valley CASA since 2013. Previous roles include volunteering for veteran patients at Mesilla Valley Hospice and interning at Amistad Family Services, Inc. and El Paso County Courts Domestic Relations Office. Elesa’s earlier career featured positions as a Civil Servant at White Sands Missile Range with a focus on health physics, and as a senior associate in environmental health and safety at Amgen. An educator for several years, Elesa taught science and math at both middle and high school levels. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Divinity and a Doctor of Philosophy in counseling from UMS, an MSW from New Mexico State University, and various degrees related to paralegal studies and mediation.
