Laura Bien

Laura Bien is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Director of Operations at Tender Loving Empire since April 2023. Prior to this role, Laura spent over eleven years at Salt & Straw, where responsibilities included overseeing six District Managers as the Director of Operation Services, managing cross-functional collaboration for the launch of over 15 retail locations across eight cities. Laura's earlier roles at Salt & Straw included Operation Services Manager, responsible for the implementation calendar and project management of company initiatives, and District Manager, supervising four districts and seven retail locations while managing a team of six General Managers and an indirect team of 300. Laura holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Musical Theatre from Viterbo University, earned in 2011.
