Deborah Mazoudier

Deborah Mazoudier is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development, tender management, and organizational performance. As the Founder and Managing Director of Tender Plus since December 2007, Deborah has provided expert advice on unsolicited proposals, tender processes, and coaching, helping a diverse range of clients from NGOs to multinational companies to enhance their business capabilities. Additionally, Deborah founded Tender Plus Skills, a Registered Training Organisation that offers the groundbreaking Diploma in Business Development and Tendering. Previous roles include Associate Network at Melbourne Business School, Project Director at The Pacific Institute, and various positions in consultancy and management roles spanning government and legal sectors. Deborah holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honours, a Bachelor of Arts, and a Master's degree, along with a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment and completion of the Company Director’s Course.
