Manish Jha

Manish Jha is an experienced product leader with a strong background in technology and data-driven decision-making. Currently serving as the Head of Product at Tenderd since September 2024, Manish drives innovation in a B2B SaaS platform focused on asset management for heavy industries by integrating AI and IoT technologies. Previously, Manish held the position of Head of Product and Data Science at BECO Capital, supporting tech startups and investors in the MENA region. At Swvl, Manish led the development of a mass commute platform, and during tenure at BlackBuck, played a crucial role in achieving a 300% growth in monthly GMV. Manish has also contributed to international product development at Ola and led significant projects at Microsoft, where responsibilities included software-defined networking and feature development for Windows 7. Manish holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from the International Institute of Information Technology Hyderabad.
