David Fan

David Fan has a diverse range of work experience in property management and real estate. David most recently held the position of Associate Director of Property Operations at TNDC, where they led multiple teams and managed a portfolio of properties. Prior to that, they worked as a Property Supervisor at Caritas Management Corporation, overseeing a large number of units across multiple buildings. David also has experience as a Community Manager at Christian Church Homes, a Floating Property Manager at East Bay Asian Local Development Corporation, and an Assistant Property Manager at Mercy Housing and Chinatown Community Development Center. Additionally, they have worked as an On-Site Property Manager at Structure Properties and a Resident Manager at Mosser Companies. Before entering the property management field, David worked as a Real Estate Agent at Secure Pacific Real Estate, assisting clients with property sales and purchases.

David Fan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Cognitive Science from the University of California, Berkeley. In addition, they obtained a certification in Oracle Database from Oracle.
