Mark Puchalski

Mark joined TNDC in May of 2020 as Director of Facilities. Mark is a certified Systems Maintenance Administrator and has over 30 years of experience in facilities operations, management, and maintenance. Mark is a proven leader and has created and implemented facilities and sustainability programs within the semiconductor, software, government, education, transportation, and commercial real estate sectors.

In 2018 Mark decided he would bring his vast skill set to the world of nonprofit housing to do his part to help curb the growing housing crisis plaguing the communities.
