Tia Rameriz

Tia Rameriz (Beshears) currently serves as the Director of Property Operations at TNDC since December 2023. Prior to this role, Tia Rameriz held leadership positions as the Vice President of Operations for Southern California and Regional Property Manager at Avanath Capital Management, LLC from August 2022 to December 2023. Tia Rameriz also served as Regional Property Manager at Rose Community Management from April 2021 to December 2021, and as the Director of Relocation at Mercy Housing from May 2018 to April 2021. Additional experience includes a role as Multi-Site Property Manager at Related Management Co from August 2016 to May 2018 and Housing & Property Operations Manager at SHELTER, Inc. from September 2013 to May 2015. Tia Rameriz received education from Everest College-Hayward and the University of Phoenix.
