TendLab

Leading the movement to transform our cultural narrative about parenthood and work. We are incubating and instigating, convening and creating. Together. *Our research shows that companies who meaningfully support parents are likely to create environments were all employees thrive. *And strong evidence indicates that all women, not just mothers, are more likely to rise into leadership positions in a company that actively addresses the needs of their parents. Tendlab is founded on the belief that the companies who succeed in the 21st century will be the ones who encourage and foster the development of skills acquired in parenting.
