Gem Spencer

Gem Spencer is an experienced operations and administration professional with a diverse background in managing operations for various companies. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Wainwright Consulting Limited since August 2024, Gem has held the position of Head of Operations at Tendo Ltd and ThinkSMART Marketing Ltd since June 2014 and 2017, respectively. Previous roles include The Boss at Your Hidden Gem and Administration Manager at the Association of Business Mentors (ABM). Gem also has relevant experience from It's Your PA Medico Legal and Night and Day PA, focusing on personal assistance and operational efficiency. Gem began a career in customer service at Comet and holds a Bachelor of Technology in Photography from Hull College, along with a GNVQ in ICT and Graphic Design from Winifred Holtby School.
