Menard Medina has held various roles in the media and technology industry since 2011. In 2011, they were a Business Development Manager/Marketing Executive for MediaMagnet Innovation, Inc. where they developed and expanded the company's Digital Signage network. In 2012, they were a Senior Account Manager for HDI Admix, where they were responsible for elevating the Outdoor Advertising (BTL) mediums of HDI Admix. In 2014, they were Media & Studio Manager for Rebus Technologies, leading the Creative and Media development for digital marketing of online gaming brands and online payment solution providers. In 2019, they were Digital Solution Sales & Product Development Manager for Summit Media (Summit Publishing Co., Inc.). In 2020, they were a Web Development Consultant for tonik. Currently, they are the Head of Sales & Partnership for TendoPay, a leading Buy Now Pay Later product in the Philippines since 2018.

Menard Medina attended De La Salle College of Saint Benilde from 2007 to 2010, where they earned an AB in Consular and Diplomatic Affairs with a focus in Diplomacy and International Law.
