Mike Dove

Mike Dove is the Senior Vice President of Engineering at Tenefit, a position they have held for 5 years and 9 months. Mike is responsible for the DisasterAWARE Enterprise, a software that helps organizations prepare for, respond to, and recover from disasters.

Prior to their current role, Dove was the Co-Founder and President/COO of Brilliant Lime Inc, a mobile and social software development company. Mike was with Brilliant Lime for 9 years and 5 months before moving on to Lenovo as a Strategic Advisor. After two years in that role, they co-founded Cloud Parity Inc, where they served as President/COO for 2 years and 11 months.

Dove has also worked as a Strategic & Engineering Performance Management Consultant for MEE, Inc., Sr. Director of Mac Quality for Apple, Sr. Technical Director for Broadcom, and Senior Director of Engineering for Epigram, Inc. Mike was also the Vice President of Engineering for NeTpower, Inc. for 5 years.

Dove began their career as a Project Lead at MIPS Computer Systems and then moved on to Fortune Systems, Inc. as a Member of Technical Staff. Mike spent 8 years as a Research Programmer at NASA Ames Research Center before joining Tenefit.

Mike Dove attended the University of California, Santa Cruz from 1981 to 1985 and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Computer Science.
