Alec Marshall

Alec Marshall is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and consulting, currently serving as a Director at Teneo since March 2021. Prior to this role, Alec worked as a Skipper for S/V Serenity First, navigating a 43ft yacht over 19,000 nautical miles from Croatia to Fiji while exploring nautical adventures. Alec's consultancy experience includes a brief stint as a Freelance Management Consultant at Keter, focusing on transformation initiatives, and a seven-year tenure as a Manager at Credo Business Consulting LLP, where strategic and operational challenges for clients were addressed. Early career internships included work at BMT Marine & Offshore Surveys Ltd, BMT Reliability Consultants Ltd, and BAE Systems, where critical analyses and logistical assessments were conducted.
