Diana Lee

Diana Lee is a Senior Vice President of Governance and Sustainability at Teneo, where Diana leads the development and implementation of sustainability business strategies for S&P 500 and global large-cap companies, advising senior leadership and boards on governance strategies. Previously, at AllianceBernstein, Diana served as the Director of Corporate Governance & Engagement, managing the Governance Team and chairing the Proxy Voting and Governance Committee. Diana's earlier roles at AllianceBernstein included ESG Research Analyst and Rotational Associate, as well as a Global Analytics Summer Intern, and experience as a Media Research Intern at Ebiquity plc. Diana holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business.
