Julian Heathcote

Julian Heathcote is a seasoned professional in restructuring and turnaround advisory, currently serving as Managing Director of Restructuring at Teneo since June 2021. In this role, Julian works closely with CEOs and senior executives of leading global companies, offering strategic counsel on key objectives and issues. Prior to joining Teneo, Julian was a Restructuring Services Director at Deloitte for nearly 28 years, where significant expertise was developed in advising boards, lenders, and stakeholders of mid-market and large organizations across diverse sectors. Julian holds a Chartered Accountant designation from ICAEW and has a degree from Durham University.
