Rachael Erskine

Rachael Erskine is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in executive search and governance. Currently serving as Senior Managing Director, CFO and Governance Practice Leader at Teneo since June 2022, Rachael previously spent 18 years at Ridgeway, where Rachael was a Partner and led the UK CFO Practice and Ridgeway Scotland. Prior experience includes a directorial role at Harvey Nash overseeing the CFO and financial services practices, management of the Finance/Investment Banking team at PageGroup, and training as a chartered accountant at KPMG. Rachael holds a Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a MA in Psychology from the University of St Andrews.
